My apologies to all whose queries I did not get a chance to answer! I was hoping for time this past week-end but I ended up spending around 20 hours on conference calls about problems, and then, well I work for Sprint and you all HEARD that news...Anyway, the queries I did not answer I will keep in hopes that I get a chance to either buy the book (starting on a 12 month get out of debt plan in anticipation of layoff late next year) or I get thru Inter Library Loan again.
