I can't help you with your surnames, but Enochville is an unincorporated community in the south west portion of Rowan County. It is just outside the city limits of Kannapolis. Parts of it are served by three different post offices, Kannapolis, China Grove, and Mooresville. St. Enoch Lutheran Church is located there as well as others. St. Enoch is one of the older churches in the county. I'm not sure it will show as "Enochville" on the map, but there is a sign in the mid point area of the community. The tale I've heard is they were close to incorporating at some point in the past, but decided not to finally. Don't know why! Also, Samuel Sewell, Sr. has been noted as buried in "Baker's Cemetery near Enochville (Salisbury), North Carolina". However, I have not been able to find any existing or defunct townships by the name, Enochville.
