Rebecca, I have the following listed on SEWELL/WARE: John SEWELL (Samuel, Jr., Samuel, Sr., Henry III, Henry II, Henry I), b. 11/25/1785, GA, d. 6/4/1843, GA married Lucy WARE on 1/13/1818 in Smith Co., GA. Lucy was b. 4/3/1794 ?, d. 4/6/1862, TX. They had 10 children. Since the second child, a son, was born in Morgan Co., Georgia (see 1820 & 1830 Tax Digests), I suspect these people were not living in Franklin County well before 1830.
