I think the demand has exceeded their expectations. I'd advise the following: I'd keep trying, and, if need be, use the "contact us" link at the bottom to let them know you couldn't get into the database. Also, try doing the survey, which is mentioned in the upper left corner of the main page. Perhaps you can get in easier that way. Katherine
