If that is what you mean, and if you sent a contribution to the Rowan County NCGenWeb county coordinator, and do not get a response in a reasonable amount of time, you need to contact the state coordinator and report the problem. USGenWeb Archives contributions are handled by different people. If that is the case, go to the links for USGenWeb on the site below, and follow the appropriate link to the Archives person responsible for the county concerned.
