DAVID POOL (tradition says of the Van Pool line from old Jacob Van Pool of 1759 Rowan Co., NC) was born somewhere between 1800 and 1810. He had children by ANGELINE BULLEN/BOLLIN/BULLAND (1824-aft.1880Rowan): Isabel Pool(e) Clayton W. Pool(e)- b.1848 Abraham Pool(e) Mary Pool(e) L. Clayton W. Pool (1848-1908) married Susan Isabella JULIAN, and Abraham married a Laura (?)--both lived in Salisbury, Rowan Co., NC. I am descended from Clayton's daughter Mary Ann Poole (m. C.W. Pace Sr.)--her siblings were Walter, George, Roxanne (m. Charles Mowery), and Hartwell/Harton. DAVID POOL was much older than Angeline BULLEN, and he may have had a previous wife. He is not the David Pool from Montgomery Co. NC. My David Pool died in Rowan Co., NC, in 1867. I would appreciate any information about the family/parents of my David Pool.
