The Genealogical Society of Davidson County has a series of books available for purchase entitled "Cemetery Records of Davidson County" which include full name index in each volume. They are $25.00 each plus $2.50 P & H. The volumes are: Volume 1 - Western Section Volume 2 - Southern Section Volume 3 - Central Section Volume 4 - Northern Section Volume 5 - Lexington City Volume 6 - Lexington Area Volume 7- Thomasville City Volume 8 - Thomasville Area These can be ordered from the Genealogical Society at P.O. Box 1665, Lexington, NC 27293-1665 I have volume 3 Central Section which is comprised of the following townships: Conrad Hill, Silver Hill and Cotton Grove. I would be happy to do a look-up for you in the volume I have if you send me a name. Jeanette Wilson, Genealogy Dept. at the Lexington Library, Lexington, N. C. is a terrific source of info and has done look ups for me in the past. She stays busy but always responds. The library charges a very nominal fee for copying. The number is 336/242-2040.
