Lewis's were a neighbor, Abel Corzine (moved to Cabarrus Co NC with several Bensons and Hollans), Hollans. The neighborhood can be seen for several Censuses 1790 - 1810 as it changes. I haven't worked on this line in several years but people would move in large groups to new areas and these Benson-Lewis combinations I never did find out where they disappeared to. If you spot them while Lewis hunting please let me know. Someday I will have time again to do geneology. Henderson Benson is their brother and he pioneered to Jersyville, Ill about 1830. Other Bensons went to Texas.
