Cost of the book after publication, IF AVAILABLE, will increase by at least $10.00. Cost of Volume I alone is $52.50 if picked up in Statesvillle, $57.50 shipped to your home. You may deduct $7.50 from price if Volume II is purchased at the same time. Volume II's design will match Volume I and only a limited number of them will be printed. We can only guarantee them to those who order and pay in advance. Cost of Volume II is the same as Volume I above. Example: If you order both volumes and pick them up in Statesville, the total price will be $90.00, saving $15.00 (individually they are $52.50 each).
