Subject: Fw: William Roberts/ Eleanor Mayhan/Mayhon: I and several others, are trying to find anything about the following family members. William Roberts Sr. b. 1714 in Anne Arundel county Maryland m. Elinor Mayhan/Mahon in Baltimore in 1735. They moved to what was then Rowan county NC. abt. 1741? took up residence, and raised a large family, eleven children? My GGGGrandfather Shadrack Roberts b. 1753, Rowan County, I believe, was one of these children. Is there someone Who has knowledge of this family ? Who could help me establish the family members of William and Elinor and DEFINITELY establish the link to Shadrack. Or at least direct me to on line records that will help me.
