    3. Hello Bucky, I have found some info on your Moses Barger, I think. In the 1860 Catawba Co. Census there is a Moses Barger age 20, the son of David, a farmer age 52 and wife Charity, age 56 and five other children. Here are all their children, Maria age 26, Ann A. 25, Marcus a male, age 23, Moses age 20, Lavina, female, age 18, and David age 17, and Amy Haroul?, a domestic age 40, and Simeon Barger, age 82..... And in the next household there is also a Moses Barger, head of household age 42 and wife Solomon age 41 and 5 children, and the next household is John Barger, age 57 and wife Elizabeth age 59, and 3 other children that are bound... If you would like I can send you an image of the census sheets. Hope this helps , G. L.
