    3. Opps, everyone-- Anita, please forgive me for misspelling your last name - should read Anita Aldrich. Since returning from MD yesterday from a 2 week trip, been at this computer all day answering e-mails and the ol' eyeballs are sticking to my monitor! Betty-- I know Rev. C. Marion Starr (living) from Catawba County, NC who was our church's interim pastor just over a year ago. Let me get in touch with him by snail mail. If there was a Rev. Starr about he would be the one to know about him. I have another contact who is presently writing a book on all of the Starr Family - Don Claypool who I've been corresponding with and is an addressee on this post to you along with Anita Aldridge another Starr researcher. Ann K. Propst, Brevard, NC -----Original Message----- From: Betty A Pace [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, June 17, 2005 5:21 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [RowanRoots] Rev. Henry Frank STARR & wife Clara Bell Wilson Pace My great grandmother was Clara Bell Wilson, who married J. F. Pace in Rowan Co., NC. After his death in 1901, she remarried--probably around 1904-- to Rev. Henry Frank STARR. In 1910 they were living in Salisbury, Rowan Co., NC. In 1920 they were in Stanly Co., Ridenhour township. Can anyone give me information on the church or activities of Rev. H. F. Starr and wife Clara while in NC? They are both buried in Guilford Co., NC, which I think is where Rev. Starr originated.
