I know that the archives of the Salisbury Post burned in 1912. Another source for an 1832 obit might be the Carolina Watchman. Was it in existence in 1832 and would the Rowan history room have access to 1832 obits? I am looking for an obit of my JOHN POOL (will probated Nov. 1832, but I don't have the exact date of his death) Betty Pace
