I'm looking for any info on Henry Roth such as who his siblings were, who his parents were, etc. I believe he was one of the Germans from Russia (most likely Bessarabia). He came over to America around the age of 16 (by himself!!!) and settled in Adams County in Washington state to farm. If anyone has any idea of who his family was or why he would move halfway around the world as a teenager, please help me out. I asked my grandfather (Henry's son) before he died about his father, and he told me that he didn't know either and said that he was probably a stowaway which would explain why I can't seem to find any records of him.
