Hi again, Thought I should update you a bit. Webster Tyler Roth was born in Ill., moved to Iowa sometime when he was young. There he joined the 26th Iowa Infantry during the civil war. He left the service on 12-9-1879. He lived in the Dodge Old Soldiers home where he is buried. I believe that he may be the relative that I am looking for. I need some more information to be sure.
