Denise, there is a separate forum on GenForum that you can access by jumping to the "genforum" forum. It is used by disgruntled researchers like me to voice our concerns to genealogy.com and other users. I just posted a message to that forum describing your warning and asking them if they can refute the allegation. I have always felt that familytreemaker was an absolute ripoff (charging steep prices for information that may or may not be there). If this new information is correct, it will further confirm my impression of them. Thanks for your posting. Jack Ott
