I just found your message and see that you never got any responses. I have an ancestor who married into the Roth family and have been searching it as well. You refer to Wailing, WV. I think you mean Wheeling, Wv. It is located in Ohio Co. and is just across the Ohio River from the Monroe Co., Ohio area.
