Dear Paul, Herbert G. ROTH married my aunt, Marie Gertrude GILBERT (b. 1912, Grass Valley, Nevada County, California, USA). He was an officer in the Navy and went to Annapolis. His father (don't recall his name right off hand) was also an officer in the Navy. Herbert and Marie were very active in the Masonic Order. They also had papillon dogs. They adopted a son named Daniel. Daniel married Kathy and had 2 or 3 boys. Divorced, then married Becky. Have no idea where they are. Herbert and Marie traveled a lot - both early in their marriage and later on in life. Worked with silver and turqoise during last years of their lives. Last place of residence for Herbert was Mesa, Arizona, where he died. Marie came back to Lower Lake and died there. Herbert's sister, Jean, married ______ BLANK. They had 2 daughters: Valerie and Shelley. One of them was an ice skater with the Ice Follies, and the other was a violinist with the symphony. That's about all I know.
