I'm searching for immigration information and/or parentage of John (Johannes or Johannes Wilhelm) Roth, b. 15 June 1874 or 1876, and his sister, Anna Maria Roth, b. 24 June 1875. According to Anna Maria's marriage banns of February 1894, she (and Johan) came from Hermannstadt, Siebenburgen, Austria/Hungary (now Sibiu, Romania), arriving in the USA, port unknown, on 12 March 1891, bound for Avon Village or Lorain, OH. I've checked all the passenger lists of ships arriving in the USA on and close to this date at the National Archives, but with no luck. I've checked for early 1891 departures on the Hamburg Immigration Website [http://www.hamburg.de/LinkToYourRoots/english/welcome.htm], but again have had no luck.
