January 1985 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona, married Marie Gertrude GILBERT, b. 13 Feb 1912, Grass Valley, Nevada County, California, USA; d. 18 Sep 1992, Lower Lake, Lake County, California, USA. They lived in Lower Lake for the large part of their lives. Herbert had a sister named Jean. She married a man by the surname BLANK. They lived in San Francisco and had 2 girls: _____ and Shelley. Herbert was in the USA Navy and Shriner's Association. Herbert and Marie adopted 1 son, named Daniel. I believe he was a son of William H. ROTH which you have listed as living in Oakland, California, USA.
