They were supposed to have come over here from Germany. I have the earliest one as Samuel Roth,Rhoads born in 1800 about. He married a woman by the name of Sara. They did have a son Joel, born in 1825 and a son George born in 1826 now buried at the Aulenbach cemetery in Reading, Pa. They had other children but I do not have the names of them.
