I am about 15 miles from there and my family did live there. I am from a jacob roth who came over from Prussia. He was born 1850 and he was one of 9 children. He married an Anna Mary Glass(Claas) in 1869. His Parents Were Johannes and ?. Him and his his wife which they called Catherina are buried in Restland Cemetery in Brimfield Ohio aroud 10 miles from cuyahoga falls. My Great grandfather was William Roth and wifes was Marilla (Frazier). He was born in 1874 , He died in 1945 They are both barried in the Standing Rock Cemetary in Kent Ohio. They had 7 children in which two died at birth. My grandfather was Ralph Roth he was Married to a Lavina Ridenour. He was born 1914 . He married in 1914. These volunteers will do lookups in their database and records if you think one of your ancestors served in some capacity during the American Revolution. These volunteers have more databases that are available to them  than the ones commonly used by the search engines. I have evidence of a Samuel Roth married to Sarah. Known children are John(1819-1854, Isaac (1823-1897), Samuel (b.10-13-1825),Tobias (b.4-14-1828)and Elizabeth Anna (b 11-28-1832). Benders Lutheran Church (Butler Township, Adams, PA) records show them having several children (Samuel christened 2-12-1826, and Tobias (christened 6-29-1828) being baptized there. John (1819-1854)is My 2nd Great-Grandfather. The death certificate for John says his parents were Samuel Roth and Sarah, and that John was born in York County PA. (Adams County was formed from York in 1800, so they apparently physically moved from York to Adams County at some point. Any help would be appreciated immensely
