FAO PAUL STRETTON Hi Paul Looking up maps, I don't see how anyone would live at Resolis and work at Balcherry (too far apart?). If you want to see where the places are use www.multimap.com Resolis and Balcherry are marked but Braelangwell (Lodge) is not. To see where it is, search for Wester Gruinards and Braelangwell is just due north across the river on the north side of the road. Presumably your ancestors would be married from the home of the wife's parents. Balcherry is in the middle of farming country so presumably the work would be farm- or estate-based.
