Thanks, Charlie. I'll try that too. If that works it is much better. Am writing to 4 lists at once. In response to my message on the Inverness list Charlie suggested that if one uses the first name !0000 and puts no address then the worm will stop there since it can't be sent without an address, and it will not go on to the next address. I'm going to try that too. But I'm still going to leave a second one, and put in an additional one somewhere else with bogus addresses to alert me, just in case it does go on to subsequent addresses.
