The info for that birth was not extracted from a Parish Register, but submitted by a Mormon researcher sometime between 1961 and 1991. The I.G.I. is strongest where volunteers extracted info from written records that can be double checked and searched for info ommitted from the index, such as Parish Registers, and weakest where data was submitted. However that submitter did list his wife later in life as Isabel Munro which agrees with your research into death regs or whatever...
