    1. [RossGen] Beauly/Hill of Orde meaning
    2. According to a letter, my ggg grandfather was born "at Beauly in Rosshire." Is Beauly a place name/town? I am not familiar with the word. The letter says my ggg grandmother was born "at Tendulloch by Beauly in Invernesshire, just about a mile from Beauly in Rosshire." Could it be a place near the county border? The ggg grandfather was buried at the "cemetery on the Hill Of Orde In Rosshire." Is this a place name or is it a description of the land?
