Hello Everyone: I have been staying off the List as my FHC has closed for renovations. I do have 3 films on order for the 1861 & 1871 Census and Parish records but now I don't expect to see them before the New Year with the renovations. If anyone has access to these Census, I sure would appreciate any help. I am looking for Mary McKenzie about age 60 in 1861 or her husband Alexander McKenzie about the same age in 1861. Alexander was a Builder / Architect. They were in Stornoway in 1851 with their son Francis (he was age 9 then). This closing of the FHC has left me grounded until they re-open.
