Hello Maureen, Alexander MacLennan and Margaret McCalman had at least four of a family. 1 Donald b circa 1834 2 Duncan circa 1838 in Corry 3 Mary circa 1840 in Maligin (?) 4 Catherine circa 1843 all born in Applecross Parish. There is an Allt Coire Mhaileagain (Malegane (in 1543) in Glenshiel. However, since, all the family were born in Applecross, Maligin is almost certainly a miss-spelling of Alligin. Corry and Alligin are hamlets, separated by a few miles distance, on the north shore of Loch Torridon in Applecross Parish. Places can often be located via www.multimap.co.uk .
