I am doing research on my Munro ancestors. My grgrgrandfather John Munro came from a place called Bogriach. Not sure where his place of birth was or his sibblings all born between1785to late 1790's. His parents were Donald Munro and Janet Munro[ or Ross]. He had 5 sibblings Robert who lived at Culbo,Black Isle[wife Janet Mckeddy], William, Hugh, Mary[Husband Donald Christie]. He married Janet Munro[b.1815] from Swordale at the Kiltearn Parish in 1834. Her parents Alexander Munro and Janet Munro. She had a sister Anne 1813. I do not know if she had any other sibblings, or what happened to Anne.. I also would like to know if a tennant can become a labourer then back to a tennant. If so then Janet could have 2 more sibblings. Shortly after John and Janet's marriage they came to Canada.Hugh was already there. Robert followed shortly after John , then Mary and a long time after, William came to Canada. I am trying to find out any informatin on where Bogriach is located[ a thriving place in the 1830's] and any information on these two families.
