This baby was named Andrew Conan Leslie if he is my ancestor.... and it looks likely. Is Balblair Island on or near the Conan Estate?? The family was lax fishing, recently in Beauly and to be in Lewis on Mackenzie rivers. Any suggestions or local knowledge would be very intersting and possibly even helpful!
