I would like to contact any decendants and/or relatives of Charles LeVern Ross who was born 12 Jan 1915 in Elgin, Illinois. He died in Elgin 1977. He married Virginia Elizabeth Dillon (date and place of marriage unknown to me). She was born 21 Sep 1919 in Elgin, but date and place of death unknown to me.
