This is a new line for me, and I'm hoping that it is an "old" line for someone else out there. I have an Isaac Jennings, b. 1730 Pasquotank Co. NC and d. 1797 same county, who married a _____Ross(perhaps a Sarah?), said to have been the daughter of a Daniel Ross(b.c. 1700)and the granddau. of an Andrew Ross, who, I think, was living in the Ablemarle Dist. of NC c. 1693-4. >From what I've seen on-line from unsubstantiated sources, it would seem that this family spread into Edgecombe Co. NC, however, as there were apparently several Andrews and Daniels in this family(without specific dates), I can't tell exactly how some of these people are actually related(or if they are related<g>). I have also seen that there was a Daniel Ross, who married a Sarah Ricks abt 1725; from the marriage date, if it is right, then my ____Ross might be from them, but I haven't seen any reliable dates on either Daniel Ross or Sarah Ricks(or who her parents were). There was another Daniel Ross(d. 1781)who married a Sarah Ricks(not apparently the same Sarah as mentioned before)and had: Daniel, Ann, Judity, Mary, and Sarah(but no dates).
