B. abt 1811 in PA, the son of Adam ROSS and either Dorothea WILL or Adam's second wife Phoebe MILLER. Adam and Phoebe born in Somerset Co, PA. Adam s/o James ROSS who d 1801, Somerset Co. Hi Jean, My Mitchell Ross was b. 1797 in Delaware, married Polly Stockton in Champaign Co. Ohio in 1818, lived awhile in Indiana and died in Warren Co., Ill in 1873.
