Trying to track my gggrandfather, Thomas Ross, probably of Ontario Canada. Married Agnes Anderson. 2 children: David Kenneth Ross b 1857 St. Thomas Ontario (Cabinet maker for the railroad.) d 1946 Newman, Illinois Peter Ross-apparently b in St. Thomas as well. David Kenneth Ross married Catherine Leakey in Ontario. 5 Children: Colin Kenneth Ross- b 1884 St. Thomas Ontario m. Sarah Benefiel 1915 d 1950 Newman, Illinois Hazel Ross Norsworthy- St. Thomas Ontario Shirley Ross- b 1891 d 1972 Newman, Illinois Myrtle Ross - b 1888 d 1973 Newman, Illinois Addison Ross- Villa Park, Illinois Any information about Thomas, David or Peter would be appreciated. I have absolutely no history. I do know that early in the 20th century one of them was contacted about inheriting an old family castle in Scotland, but alas, they did nothing about it.
