James Irvin Ross, born 1845 in either Indiana or Kentucky married to Mary Northern, born 1851. Both died in 1930 and are buried in Van Pelt Cemetery in Waldron, Shelby Co., IN. They were the parents of 10 children: John Francis (my ggrandfather), b: 7/7/1871 - 11/18/1954 Rosanna Belle, 7/7/1873 - 9/12/1874 Luella, 7/7/1875 - 8/14/1877 Eugenis Belle, 6/25/1878 - 5/3/1959 Eva Malinda, 6/30/1880 - 10/10/1965 Dolph, 10/6/1882 - 11/8/1972 Mae Nightengale, 9/24/1884 - 11/4/1967 Harrison, 10/7/1886 - 5/7/1962 Flossie, 1888 - 1889 Clara, 8/301891 - 4/5/1988 Rosana, Luella and Flossie are buried in Middletown Cemetery, Shelby Co., IN. John Francis married Cora Stoops and had 13 children in and around the Switzerland Co. and Jefferson Co., IN area, one of which was my grandfather Oliver Dale Ross born in 1901. John is buried in Madison, Jefferson Co., IN. Does my James Ross ring any bells out there? Thanking you in advance, Craig Ross
