Hello......Hector ROSS was born in Scotland 1811, came to US through Canada, and eventually settled in Chenango Co, NY where he owned mills. He married Ellen EDWARDS of Morris, Otsego, NY in 1838. They had 10 children. I believe Hector and Ellen had a daughter Ellen ROSS b1847, who married George W. REYNOLDS of New Berlin, Chenango,NY. but I need more info to support this.
