Nancy C. Jackson 3.William Alexander Ross b abt 1834 in TN m. Mariah Josephine Gardner 29 Aug 1872 in TEXAS CO MO 3.Mary Jane Ross, b 26 Feb 1836 in TN, d 14 July 1914 in ELLIS CO., MO, 3. JAMES PERRY ROSS, B. 2 Feb 1838 in Tn d 19 Oct 1907 in ELLIS CO., MO. I do not know the siblings of the first JAMES nor the 2nd JAMES THOMAS. The dates seem to be in the ballpark, and the MO could be a connection. The Thomas Ross could be a sibling of either of the James or James Thomas ROSS. I have more on the descendants of the JAMES THOMAS ROSS. in the 4th generation there is a JAMES WILLIAM ROSS, b 05 Oct 1865 in Lincoln NE. d 13 FEb 1937 in Pineville, McDonald Co. MO. in the Southwestern corner of MO. If this rings a bell, holler and I can go further. I have some proof, but most of this is family lore & Bible records.
