    3. Annie Eliza HESS ROSS 1864, Brushvalley, Indiana Co, PA "Annie Eliza HESS ROSS was born January 2, 1864 in Brush Valley township, Indiana county, Pa. When she was a young girl, Annie was sort of a tomboy, at six years started to Stewart county school in Brush Valley, she attended there for about four years, then went to Oak Grove school until the spring of 1883. Annie's family lived about three miles from Frank Nathan's Ross' family but Frank and Annie had paid no special attention to one another. Annie was married in her home by an Evangelical minister, a Dutchman named Fought, on Jully 6, 1884 to Frank Nathan ROSS.
