Hello all, My g-grandfather was Burris Ross and I continue to have no luck in finding information about his birth, parents and siblings. He lived in southeastern Indiana and I have pretty complete data on his two wives and four children. Due to different timing/locations, he was counted twice in the 1850 census. His fourth child, Ambrose S. Ross, was born to Margaret Dooly in 1856. Margaret Dooly remarried, May 3, 1860, so I'm assuming Burris died between 1856 and 1860, in either Crawford or Orange County, IN. If anyone has any information about his death, specific place of birth, parents or siblings, (or, other advice for me), I would very much appreciate hearing from you! Take care, Michael
