    3. I remember finding more than one Sarah Ann Rose when I first started looking for her family. The middle name Ann is very popular, and goes with Sarah quite nicely :) But, I have also found that many families which were related, named their children after each other. It makes it so confusing when trying to sort it all out. My Roses and Biggs were living in or near Bonham, in Fannin County, Texas, which is in the northern part of the state. But, that wouldn't totally eliminate a connection to your family either. It is possible that my Sarah Ann Rose was born in Franklin County, Ohio. (kind of strange, since she died in Franklin County, Kansas) It is also thought, but not known for sure, that her father, John Rose, had a brother, Philip Rose, of Franklin County, Ohio. There is also some speculation that this branch of Roses is related to Pleasant Rose. Pleasant was b: between 1810- 1820, married 1833, Greene Co, IL. He married Nancy Witty. He died, probably Cass Co, ILL. Another possible relation is Alexander Rose. He died abt 1849, Cass Co, ILL. I'm sorry, but I don't know any more about this family, other than Sarah Ann's descendants, which is my direct line. I wish I could be of more help. But, hopefully this has helped someone.... :) Debbie ----Original Message Follows---- From: Poohbear & Tigger <lizkevin@gci.net> To: debbie motsinger <dmotsinger@hotmail.com> Subject: Re: [ROSE] Obits & Illinois Roses Date: Sun, 15 Jul 2001 17:13:19 -0800 Wow!
