ROSE and wife Lavica ROSE of Graham Co NC; I. T. ROSE and wife Nancy ROSE; Phillip CRISP and wife M. J. CRISP and Katherine CODY of Graham Co NC parties of the first part and E. A. ROSE of Loudon Co TN party of the second part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the love and affection the said parties have for the party of the second part, all of the right, title, interest claim and demand they or either of them have in and to the following disbursed real estate, situate, laying and being in the 3rd Civil District of said county of Loudon formerly the 7th Dist. Beginning at a conditional line between Alex MAGILL's and Robert MAGILL's and running with Francis ALEXANDER's line corner on orginal line thence S57E to a stake, then 30 W 8 9/10 chains to a stake on WILLIAM's line with the same, then S57E 6 9/10 to a stake, then S45N to a dogwood, thence 18 E11 chains to a stake. 100 acres more or less. To have and to hold unto her the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever. the parties of the first part hereby quit claim all of their rights to said land and agree to warrent and defend said title the same against the claims of all parties.
