Abner Rose born Feb. 6, 1763 either from North Carolina or Virginia. He married Sarah Summers. She died about 1830. They had at least 6 children: Abner Rose Jr. *Lucy Rose-born June 18, 1786 Bennet Rose-born 1788 Zachariah Rose-born December 16, 1793 Elizabeth Rose-born August 8, 1796 Sarah Rose-1800 My line goes with Lucy Rose: Born June 18, 1786 Surry County(Yadkin County), NC Died August 12, 1857 Yadkin County, NC She married Jacob Davis on May 18 1808 in Surry County, NC Jacob Davis: born-January 17, 1784 Cane Creek, Chatham, NC Died-July 20, 1872 Yadkin County, NC S/o William Davis(1763-1883) & Ann Marshall(1764-1842) They had eight children.
