I have in the past viewed the film of the parish registers of The Church of the Immaculate Conception at Ballinlough. These contained Baptism and Marriage records. My question now is why weren`t there any baptism`s ? I know there is only a small churchyard where it is now, but there must have been burials at some time. Can anyone explain where they would be ? Certainly there should be death records as I have family buried there and have seen their graves. I did not go to Ballinlough to the Church and read the records, however. Sorry I posted this late last night when my brain was shutting down. My question should have been. Are there any burial records for the Church and where are they? George.
