Hi George I tend to agree that the record you referred to with limited information was probably just the index. I have the BVRI 2ND edition and this contains all of the LDS records that are online plus others and gives more detailed information also. On checking your Catherine Flynn record I also came across a Timothy Michael Flynn born 26th October 1873 Castlerea Co Roscommon to Timothy Flynn and Ann Moran source FHL Film 255891 I have found quite a few records that do not appear on the LDS site. The BVRI(British Vital Records Index)2nd Edition includes 107,519 births and christenings and 12,730 marriages for County Roscommon. If you would like a look-up let me know. A caution to keep exchange of data moving smoothly. Today a member of this list sicked spam cop onto us. This caused over 50 list emails so far to bounce in the last few hours. It is not fair for one subscriber to demand that 700 subscribers check in with spam cop just for the priviledge of getting uninterrupted listmail. I have take two actions that I hope will help, banned spam cop from ever posting to this list, and unsubscribed the person who sicked spam cop on us. That person is wilcome to re subscribe, but must first lose spam cop or whitelist the mailing list. I don't have time to process hundreds of bounces.
