Hi to all! I am new to this list, and am posting my surnames posssibly(hopefully) from Co Roscommon. Grandfather Eugene COSTELLO from Hazleton PA born 1872. His parents were OWEN AKA EUGENE COSTELLO born 1831-ish and ANN DONLIN born 1832-ish. Both born in unknown area of Ire.Believed to have immigrated to USA in mid 1850's. Don't know if they knew each other prior to immigration.Owen believed to have brothers named THOMAS,JAMES,possibly a MICHAEL and a JOSEPH. Owen's parents were WILLIAM and CATHERINE COSTELLO, unknown dates of birth,marriage or death. Maiden name of Catherine unknown. First found to be living in Schuylkill County PA( Branchdale,Cass Tsp) then in Hazle Township,Luzerne County PA. Children of Owen and Ann were WILLIAM,CATHERINE,JOSEPH,MARY,THOMAS,JAMES,EUGENE,and ELIZABETH all born in PA. Any info appreciated! Meg
