Hi, Mary Jean, I got to see the records some years ago at the pastor's house, which is just down the road from Sacred Heart. He let my mother and me spend several hours with the books and I took notes on entries with my family's names. Of course, the time was all too short. I'd love to go again and take extensive notes. I wonder if a visitor would be allowed to do that now? I've heard that the pastors are less willing to deal with family historians now since, supposedly, their records are at the Heritage Centers.
