Re-posting regarding my great-grandfather, James Benson and his brother John. We believe they left the village of Keadue, County Roscommon, in the early 1850's, with James settling in Ontario, Canada, and John eventually settling in Chicago. I am searching for current Irish BENSONs (or spelling variants) who know of matching information in their ancestry.
