Michele--have you checked with anyone in the Ballykilcline Society? Richard padian was one of the evicted tenants of the Mahon properties near Strokestown. There are a lot of people in that group researching the Padians. If you don't mind, I will forward your message to someone I know who has done a bit of research on that name.

Am researching Arthur Flynn who may have been born c1811 or 1821. He emigrated from Cork in 1845 aboard the Agile to New York. He met Johana McCarthy in Boston and they traveled to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where their son James was born in 1850. They also lived in Chicago, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri. Arthur's son's death certificate said he was from Co. Roscommon. Martha Parker
