    2. I've been looking for site's that have picture's from around Roscommon. I'm surprised that I've found very few photos. Does anyone know of sites with photos of Roscommon County. I think its basically a farming area. Just curious. You see Blarney Castle and the Ring of Kerry all the time. I have many videos with all the Counties but not Roscommon. God Bless you and yours God Bless America Gail

    3. Hi Gail...try the "images" tab on Google. You are likely to come up with at least some photos. It is funny how Co. Roscommon isn't often included in things like videos and even tour books. I guess, compared to the dramatic coastlines, castles, and quaint villages of the rest of Ireland, it is not the most picturesque part. It doesn't seem to be the usual tourist destination. Also, see if you can get your hands on a copy of the Jan/Feb issue of Ireland of the Welcomes (a magazine). It has an article and photos about the Lake District, which includes parts of Roscommon and Leitrim. Or try www.irelandofthewelcomes.ie ...maybe they have the story posted there.
