Hi, from what I gather an Ellen Sheering married a John Sharkett who then had offspring, one of whom we believe was a Michael. This is our g.g.g.father (we think) cannot prove but the only Michael we have been able to find around 1828 was from this line. Whether an Ellen was wife? Or sister? I have no idea. ~They would have been born nearer the turn of the century so not really sure how this all ties up. Please let me know if anything of interest with Sharkey/Sharketts comes your way.
